Melanie Moon is a Textile, Print and Surface Designer based in London.

With a background in Textile design for Womenswear, Menswear & Children’s wear, costume, experiential design and homewares, her catalogue of work is characterised by a playful and sophisticated style that shows a passion for colour stories, shape, space, line and composition.

Whilst working for a variety of major print studios, Melanie’s forward-thinking motifs have featured in many established designer collections including Calvin Klein, Nicole Miller, Etro and High Street labels and retailers including Zara, Sandro, Reiss, Banana Republic, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, Free People, J-Crew, Gap, Nike and Converse to name a few. 

A B.A. degree in Textile Design graduating with a 1st from RMIT University, Melbourne, and over 19 years industry experience in print and concept design, within studios and retailers developing textile print design, art direction, trend forecasting, colour research and creative management.

Her current focus lies in furthering and developing a wider sphere of opportunities that span genres and cultivate new artistic and industry collaborations.
